    We work out what the building needs to do and what your site involves — size, access and location.

    Design & Floorplan

    We develop a layout — start from a proven design or build it around your ideas.

    Quote

    You get a clear, upfront quote for the build and any associated work.

    Approvals

    Building approvals depend on your site and location. We can assist with the process where applicable.

    Construction

    Your building is constructed at our East Arm yard to the agreed layout and specification.

  7. 7

    Inspection

    The building is inspected while under construction in the factory.

  8. 8

    Transport

    We arrange delivery to your site across the NT, subject to access and transport requirements.

    Crane & Site Positioning

    We set the building on its footings, crane it into position and fix it down.

  10. 10

    Connections & Finishing

    Connections and finishing where included — water, sewer, power, plus stairs and landings as needed.

Help With as Much or as Little as You Need

Every Project Is Different

Not every project follows the same path. Some clients arrange their own permits, transport and crane; others ask us to handle the lot. Tell us what you'd like to do yourself and we'll price the rest.

The approvals and site requirements for your building depend on your location, so we work through them with you rather than assuming.

You Handle Some

Painting, floor coverings, lighting, fans and robes — you can do these yourself and save.

We Handle the Rest

Footings, transport, crane, connections and finishing — wherever you need it.

One Upfront Price

We can quote an all-up cost so you know your numbers from the start.
