About Darwin Building Solutions
Building in the Territory for More Than 50 Years.
Darwin Building Solutions is the transportable and demountable building specialist in Darwin, led by George Milatos — a builder with more than 50 years of construction and manufacturing experience.
Our Story
A Darwin Builder Who Knows the Territory
Darwin Building Solutions is owned and run by George Milatos, who has spent more than 50 years in construction and manufacturing. Over that time he has built across residential, commercial and manufacturing work — including major NT projects like the Nightcliff Sports Complex, Lake Bennett Resort, the Darwin Waterfront shade structures and the City of Darwin bus stops.
That experience is what we bring to every transportable we build. We're a Darwin business that builds locally and knows what Northern Territory conditions demand — not a supplier importing and reselling a one-size box.
We design and build custom transportable and demountable buildings for homes, accommodation, offices, commercial projects and remote locations, and we can help with the complete process — from design and approvals to site works, transport, crane placement and installation.
